Slip seating, Pay is every two weeks, 6 on 1 off work week if you are local, 6 weeks on 2 weeks off for out of State workers, Maintenance is treated poorly, So trucks are barely serviceable, Very bad communication, common for the oilfield unfortunately

Money was ok but I had to live in the truck in the desert for a week at a time. No resturants around, no showers available, no toilet. Hot and dusty. I was making 99,000 as an OTR driver and made 115,000 working here. I don't think that it's worth the extra couple of hundred a week.

Harsh working conditions. Main office didn't keep their word about a lateral transfer.
