Pros

Free housing and pretty mountains

Cons

Old equipment that you are made to drive. They have broken seats and broken axle that don’t work that you still have to load 265 barrels on and go down the road. Trailers are also old. Slip seating, you could start as late as 8 or 9 at night because they don’t believe in 12 hour shifts. They let drivers smoke in the trucks and trash them out and they don’t care because its Badlands trucks ,not the driver trucks. Does not supply FR clothing. Will not pay what they owe you if u quit and every paycheck that i had was messed up and i constately had to try and my money. If your not in the CLICK , u might make 250-300 a day.

Pros

Money was ok but I had to live in the truck in the desert for a week at a time. No resturants around, no showers available, no toilet. Hot and dusty. I was making 99,000 as an OTR driver and made 115,000 working here. I don't think that it's worth the extra couple of hundred a week.

Cons

Harsh working conditions. Main office didn't keep their word about a lateral transfer.
