Cons
Know this going in: you are expendable, and loyalty here runs one way. Your job can be gone for any reason, at any time — stellar reviews won't save you. All it takes is some office-politics nonsense and suddenly you're out, no job, no benefits.
They will also work you into the ground. On call 24/7. And do not kid yourself — HR is not your friend. They make plenty of promises they never keep, and they'll smile at you while they get ready to cut you loose.
Bottom line: squirrel away your money and build a cushion, because they will throw you away the moment it suits them.
