Pros

Company provides generous profit sharing, top-notch medical plan and access to best medical care in Boston. Great people, culture and environment to work in. Will never worry about layoffs in this company.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as they claim. Limited opportunities for growth. Very top heavy management, leading to very slow pace in decision making and implementation of new processes or procedures.

Pros

Big Company with lots of perks, They have a gym, they have a good cafe and an in house barista.

Cons

Know this going in: you are expendable, and loyalty here runs one way. Your job can be gone for any reason, at any time — stellar reviews won't save you. All it takes is some office-politics nonsense and suddenly you're out, no job, no benefits. They will also work you into the ground. On call 24/7. And do not kid yourself — HR is not your friend. They make plenty of promises they never keep, and they'll smile at you while they get ready to cut you loose. Bottom line: squirrel away your money and build a cushion, because they will throw you away the moment it suits them.
