Pros

Good pay and overall treats their employees very well Super smart, hardworking people. Haven’t come across a single person who doesn’t go above and beyond - it’s very motivating to be surrounded by so many high performers

Cons

They way the company is organized (into distinct business units that don’t have much collaboration) feels siloed and a bit inefficient. Sometimes it feels like we’d be more advanced, specifically when it comes to our operations, if we pooled our resources/helped one another and collaborated more. It can feel competitive and unfriendly between the business units, not like we’re on the same team.

Big Company with lots of perks, They have a gym, they have a good cafe and an in house barista.

Cons

Know this going in: you are expendable, and loyalty here runs one way. Your job can be gone for any reason, at any time — stellar reviews won't save you. All it takes is some office-politics nonsense and suddenly you're out, no job, no benefits. They will also work you into the ground. On call 24/7. And do not kid yourself — HR is not your friend. They make plenty of promises they never keep, and they'll smile at you while they get ready to cut you loose. Bottom line: squirrel away your money and build a cushion, because they will throw you away the moment it suits them.
