Pros
Culture-oriented Great Location Great interior design, lots of space to choose from to do work Free coffee, bananas, food options
Cons
Double standards, favoritism, management is absentee or not willing to listen to employee concerns and create actionable solutions to benefit the employee and the team. They tout "one-team" oriented environment and being "at cause", but that's only when it's convenient for them. When push comes to shove (when you attempt to be "at cause"), and they have to "deal with you," they will make you feel like YOU are the problem. This is also because they lack the skill-set to effectively mediate a situation. Do not try to voice a concern, this will only make YOU look "difficult." Basically, they are about themselves, not you. If you have a problem, they will turn it against you and then have HR gang up on you to make you feel like even less of a person. I've seen this happen with almost every person I've ever worked with in Graphics for the last 10 years, and it's getting worse by the year. If you don't mind being a grunt without a voice, this is the place for you. I didn't often seen happy faces walking down those newly designed halls.. most people seem miserable and unfriendly. NOTE - I gave this an extra star for the free bananas.
