Baird GIB is NOT Baird - Executive Assistant Baird Employee Review

The turnover is ridiculous. The training is nonexistent and there is no pipeline for admin development. You get thrown in the deep end and churn and burn. Since the pandemic, there have been over 30 admin's hired and fired, although to be fair, most of them quit on their own. Admin "leadership" remains toxic. Unlike the rest of Baird, in GIB no one cares.
