Pros
The company provides flexibility & a good work life balance but needs to work on structure & organization in the administrative areas.
Cons
The DC office lacks structure, fairness & diversity. Having had an issue w / one of the admins I was disappointed the supervisor didn't investigate the complaint more. Poor company to work for if equality is important to you.
