-There's a lot of smart people that work at the firm -For the most part, everyone who works at Baird wants to work there. It's not just a paycheck. -There's a lot of room for process improvements. If you have any sort or skills with Excel or SQL, then you will immediately be an asset. -Very flexible work schedules if you have kids -Great intern program, a lot of them get hired on
Cons
- Given that the back office isn't directly income producing, not a ton of IT resources are allocated to the department, but I imagine that's the somewhat standard across the industry. -There's a lot of paper/printing/faxing -Not a whole lot of professional growth
