Pros
Baird takes great care of their employees with: -Benefits - Training - Work life balance - Opportunity to grow - Networking - Open door policy - CEO takes time to get to know the employees and listens to feed back (regardless of your location)
Cons
I really don’t have any cons. Expect to learn at a faster pace (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing). Initial pay is not the best but the benefits make up for it!
