Pros
Really great people to work with. Work hard, play hard. Reasonably stable employment in a tough business. Good pay for Milwaukee.
Cons
Sometimes too focused on short term rather than longer term goals. Management needs to be more open to ideas from the front line. Some people are allowed to coast too much.
