Pros
The office space was nice. I worked for Baker Online/Graduate Studies and the building has enough office space so that every staff member has a private office. This was the only positive about the whole experience.
Cons
The pay is horrible. I have a Masters degree from a major university and was offered a salary that was considerably low. The expectations of my daily duties were extremely demanding in comparison to my compensation. I was micro-managed beyond belief. Jill Langden seemed to create a negative group think and an atmosphere of superiority to others. It was a horrible experience. I was shocked at how inefficient many of the processes were. They also required a business dress code (not business casual). The pay does not support the requirement to dress in suits, slacks and blazers daily. Stockings are also required for the women. I hadn't worn itchy, uncomfortable stockings in years (not even when I worked for the government). This place was horrible and I would not recommend working for any of the Baker College affiliates.
