*Company makes a point to keep facilities and technology as up to date as possible to draw students. *Pay is on par with or above other area colleges despite no union *Generally speaking, the people working there are dedicated to education and improving instructors, so expect a lot of professional development.
Cons
*System college; all curriculum is pre-planned by system with very little instructor variation or input allowed. You will have to teach what they want you to teach to work there, which can be difficult, especially if the material feels out of date for the field. *The system nature here often makes employees disposable. A position may exist one day with a co-worker present, and the next they can be let go with no prior warning or heads up. I've seen several positions just gone because that is what the system management decided, which impacts morale. *They appear to be shrinking as they have consolidated campuses lately and are merging student populations to certain locations. Long term stability is questionable.
