Pros

Baker Hughes is a great company to work for as an engineer. The benefits and work/life balance are excellent in the CIM division. Lots of opportunity to move around to different product lines. Management cares about the development of their employees and provides opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Advancement had been on hold for several years. They're now promoting people again, but only a select number per year and there's a backlog.
