Pros

Company Truck is about it

Cons

- Don't pay you overtime even though a service company was sued over this. We say in the field, who will be the one to file. Case No. 2:16-cv-01752 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania - Field work is going away and going remote. - No recognition for hard work. - Living on rigs and never see friends or family. - Will work on rigs for 5 to 6 weeks at a time with no time off with 12 hour shift and getting up in the middle of the night to pick up tools without being able to put down overtime. - We no longer wear safety patches because safety doesn't mean anything when the customer starts complaining.

Pros

Competent management, excellent benefits, competitive pay, and a work life balance that is impossible to compete with

Cons

The totem pole of management is so monumentally tall that the mid and upper management make decisions affecting those on the bottom with no real understanding of what the consequences of their decision are.
