Flex time, benefits Fun staff activities Some knowledgeable staff

Cons

HR is terrible No supportive training provided or decent training program You are on your own as new staff. If one partner doesn't like you personally, you're unceremoniously let go. No matter how well you have done your work on files. Very poor work culture.
