budget hours not realistic, eat about half time to meet the quality requirements and make partners happy play favorites, some managers/partners constantly ignore your emails. But you need to reply their emails/phone calls ASAP. super high staff turnover, many staff come from big 4 and left in 6month Low salary compare to the industry
