- Extremely unfavorable fee payback period, compared to industry, if you article - Very high turnover due to toxic management - Low pay - Non-existent work/life balance, comparable to Big 4 without the perks of Big 4 - Dated technology, processes, and systems in place led by out-of-touch partners, you will always feel behind through no fault of your own - Never-ending busy season, outside of your typical "public demands" - A number of staff have gone on stress leave in the past year due to a toxic work environment - Extremely reliant on outsourcing, which will add to your workload - Very limited learning opportunities as audits are for smaller companies
