      Pros

      This company gave me an opportunity when I was not qualified for the position. I've had the ability to learn a lot at this company and the team I've been allowed to work with has been amazing.

      Cons

      Communication interdepartmentally isn't the best. PTO is difficult to work around with such a small team.
