Good benefits and supportive boss, but lack of engagement - Logistics Coordinator Balchem Employee Review

It's been a great opportunity to get a feel for many of the different elements of marketing, From research to trade show coordination to agency management to copywriting, I've been given major responsibilities and trusted by a reliable team. I also work with a very diverse global team and have learned so much during my time here.

Difficult being remote, not a lot of opportunities for interaction with my team besides meetings. More interaction between interns would be nice too, other people my age.

Great team in the facility, works well together, very few personnel issues, lots of longevitiy.

Corporate HR doesn't care about their people; are way too business-minded and not employee focused.
