      Plant manager tries to hold maintenance and production workers ,and supervision under his thumb and micro manage everything without listening to anyone's advice.

      Great team in the facility, works well together, very few personnel issues, lots of longevitiy.

      Corporate HR doesn't care about their people; are way too business-minded and not employee focused.
