      Pros

      You'll touch on a lot of different applications and platforms.

      Cons

      You'll get practically zero training on most of the software the company utilizes. Pay is very low for the area. Not a livable wage. You will be held to invisible/unclear metrics and you won't be put on a PIP if you don't meet them, just termed. Even if you're told you're doing great for the past twelve months.

      Our location is forgotten about by corporate. No Christmas party, company get together or anything like that

      Great team in the facility, works well together, very few personnel issues, lots of longevitiy.

      Cons

      Corporate HR doesn't care about their people; are way too business-minded and not employee focused.
