      They were making changes to try and do better

      Didnt treat people right and not enough people. I was treated well but hourly employees were dumped on my coorpate not the local level

      Our location is forgotten about by corporate. No Christmas party, company get together or anything like that

      Great team in the facility, works well together, very few personnel issues, lots of longevitiy.

      Cons

      Corporate HR doesn't care about their people; are way too business-minded and not employee focused.
