Pros
Was a really good company when mr balise ran the company. He had good people who really wanted to do their best for him and the company. Mr Balise is gone now and there are no pro's
Cons
They brought in new president who never ran a car dealership and it shows. The company has gone down hill since the day he started and fired all the good managers. So many long term employees have quit or have been fired. He has created a culture of miserable people who don't care like they used to. Sales keep going down and any day can be your last.
