Horrible management. Nobody communicated with each other. So much drama and people talking about each other behind their backs...even managers about other managers. Everybody sleeping with everybody. Workplace is so uncomfortable. Witness several people being fired for ridiculous reasons, because they weren't in the "in" circle with management.
