HR is terrible. Don’t care about employees care more for the company owner. Even if your treated unfairly from co workers and management. They love to have everyone fired just to hire a new puppets that they can pull the strings. Very stressful environment, if numbers are not met each month don’t expect a day off. Snow days, you will be out there all day cleaning cars and trucks and their supposed to give you pay time but they don’t for that day. Make sure to dress warm or you’ll end up sick with an pneumonia and they expect you to be at work. Even if you were in the hospital they expect you back at work immediately. Other dealerships close for Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th is July etc you’ll be working Only holidays that the sales Dept closes on is Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter that’s it. Your paid on a draw. No salary whatsoever. Don’t expect to be paid on overtime. When you sell cars whatever commission you make goes towards your draw and then if theirs anything left over you will get after taxes. A lot of favoritism from management if you want to get ahead make sure you sleep with managers doesn’t matter what the sex is. Work elsewhere if you can.
