Pros

~Incredibly friendly work atmosphere. ~Managers and VP's are easily accessible through "Open Door" policies. ~Access to benefits for continuing education. ~Access to training programs to expand your own knowledge base. ~Great area for kids/ active pets/ active lifestyle in general.

Cons

~Steep learning curve for employees new to corporate politics. ~Training can be very much like drinking from a fire hose.

Was a good place to be, just wish the pay was a little better.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
