Pros

Good small teams encouraged strongly by middle management, lots of very competent people to work with

Cons

Company is big enough that you can get lost even when doing good work, while there seems to be some investment in long term tech development it should be bigger

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
