Pros

Good people to work with. Exciting technologies developed. The business of space is an exciting one. Working with btoh defense and NASA customers provides for a diverse knowledge base. The location is also unbeatable. Right next to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains

Cons

Work is slow right now. There are no big projects in house to work right now and nothing to look forward too for the coming year. All companies go through down times, Ball will recover someday soon.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
