Five years ago when Taylor was here it was awesome. Charismatic man, best CEO you could ask for

Cons

Where do I start? Gaslighting director, unsympathetic manager, Sr. VP has caused numerous terminations by direct firing or making the employee so miserable that they leave. Four VP's have left because of her, her ego walks in the room before she does. Ask anyone who's been there for more than five years. OVERT age discrimination.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
