Pros
Ball Aerospace has a good engineering team and despite aggressive schedules on programs recently won, most of the team and fellow employees are sharp and respectful and willing to do the work.
Cons
The program management on national defense spacecraft bus programs is unprofessional. It's not uncommon for a program manager to have a short fuse and start yelling indiscriminately to his/her team during a meeting. There are bullies and aggressive and intimidating behavior that is unchecked and morale and motivation suffer at a minimum.
