Pros

Program working is challenging, peers for the most part are great to work with.

Cons

Middle management at the SBU level does not promote from within and only want "yes" people in this positions. If you have an opinion you will be a cast-away on and island by yourself.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
