Pros

Ball Aerospace offers a good work life balance. They have some very interesting projects on which to work. There are some very talented people there and they have a very good culture.

Cons

It is very easy to get pigeonholed into a role so you must work hard if you want to diversify your experience.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
