Pros

Wonderful co-workers; some of the most dedicated non-managers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Compensation was fair. The benefits at one time were quite good, but they have dwindled of late.

Cons

Management is so monolithic, and views anyone with talent and even a hint of career interest as potential threat. Too many cases of completely unqualified people becoming managers.

Was a good place to be, just wish the pay was a little better.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
