Pros

Company cares about its people - competitive salaries and benefits, programs and support. The people are wonderful - dedicated and hard working, but have lives outside of work. Good culture of support for each other, technical excellence, without much politicking, ladder climbing, and backbiting.

Cons

Aerospace in general is an uncertain field. Ball jumps from contract to contract, just like everyone else. Sometimes their only strategy is to win the next contract.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
