Work schedule was very flexible. Interesting projects. Skilled technicians

Cons

Poor management, low pay, micro management, dishonest, lack of knowledge from leaders from the top down. Lay offs were preformed in an extremely dishonest way.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
