Pros

Benefits (401K, pension) , flex working environment, and some really great people.

Cons

Not a lot of training or support from the finance area. New hires do not have a dedicated person to train them, leaving the to figure out not only the company process, but their job.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
