Pros

I've met some of the smartest people I've ever worked with at Ball. Lots of mentorship opportunities, and I owe a lot of my professional development to the great folks there.

Cons

There can be some strong egos that get in the way of using the best technical approach. Additionally, they've gone through some growing pains over the last several years (see advice for management).

Was a good place to be, just wish the pay was a little better.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
