Good people and a great team environment

Cons

Low pay for the industry. Management doesn’t like happiness or employees having fun. Just keep your head down and nose to the grind stone and you’ll be fine. Also growth is time based and not performance based

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
