Pros

40 years of employment with some of the smartest people. I worked shoulder to shoulder with hardworking dedicated people in all aerospace disciplines. We built some of the best hardware in the industry, with programs outlasting the contracted lifetime by many many years.

Cons

Long test campaigns with no schedule to spare at the end of a program but worth every single minute of work to get it through to delivery.

Pay wasn't great but they had decent benefits to cover it.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
