Cared about employees. Recognized good work and was willing to reward employees for it. Great company for diversity.

Cons

Processes needed to be refined - projects often got mired down in confusion and misdirection. Need PMs with a more efficient approach.

Pros

Amazing mentors, fantastic work life balance, and challenging and interesting work. Best place I could’ve asked to launch my career. This could very well be group/department dependent though, I think I got super lucky there with my manager, mentors, and team.

Cons

Almost all benefits got worse after BAE acquisition.
