I worked with some great people who genuinely cared about their jobs. I gained valuable experience in healthcare operations, analytics, and reporting.

My experience with Ballad Health was extremely disappointing due to the workplace culture within my department. I experienced what felt like a highly cliquish environment where favoritism appeared to influence how employees were treated. My manager’s leadership style felt hostile, and I often felt undervalued, unsupported, and treated differently from employees who were part of a preferred inner circle. I also felt that personal characteristics influenced workplace interactions, which contributed to an uncomfortable and discouraging work environment.
