Pros

An innovative playing field; there are brilliant ideas at the core of their products. The tangible aspects of the environment, such as the free drinks and regular socials, convey a "keep employees happy" philosophy. Pity the same message isn't delivered by the personalities that manage you.

Cons

Unfortunately, the dreadful cliché of corporate bitchiness is at the heart of Gamesys; ruthless managers push for tough targets and would gladly throw you under a bus to gain anything for themselves. I believe in constructive criticism, but be prepared for personal attacks, neglectful management and highschool malevolence. Do not expect to receive gratitude for good work. There is a distinct lack of empathy embedded into the culture, and you are expected to adapt to this.

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
