Pros

Good location but just an OK office. Some perks and benefits. Some interesting games.

Cons

Sadly I have to agree with most of the bad reviews, it's a highly political environment where it matters more how you sell yourself and who are you friends with that your technical skills. Gamesys had too much success too fast and they didn't manage it well. There is a group of managers and technical people which have too much influence and that are quite demanding. If you are not friends with them, well, you are options in this company are quite limited. If you dare to antagonise them, well you are out. I don't hold any grudges, even though my experience there were less than pleasant, but can't recommend this company to anyone. Best of luck to them.

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
