I love the culture of the company. Everyone is very friendly and caring, but at the same time everyone is a hard worker. It's difficult to see this balance, and the company has managed to achieve it!

Cons

Still small/medium company, so growing pains are common. No profit sharing or equity for employees.

Terrible attitude from most of the department heads, owner, and CEO’s. It’s a very entitled and clique like atmosphere and it can be hard to find your place.
