There's a strong emphasis on growth, and I've felt empowered to take on new challenges and expand my skill set with real support from my manager and peers. The culture is fair, inclusive, and focused, and there’s a shared commitment to doing great work without burning people out.

      No job is perfect, but the company is always striving to improve. If anything, the high standards and fast pace may not be the best fit for everyone—but for those who thrive on growth and collaboration, it's a great environment. Dealing with overlapping time zones can be a challenge and create friction with working hours, especially during our busy season.

      Hours are good most of the time

      Cons

      Terrible attitude from most of the department heads, owner, and CEO’s. It’s a very entitled and clique like atmosphere and it can be hard to find your place.
