Where to start? BCCC was THE most chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional place I have worked in my entire career. Job duties and priorities changed on a near daily basis. When you are jerked around like that it is impossible to get anything done. Add to that the leadership churn and lack of resources and it's a wonder the place runs at all. Other cons include highly questionable ethics on the part of leadership and a way too cozy relationship between BCCC and Baltimore City government and contractors that has led to near-censure by the State. I've also witnessed profligate spending on projects that have come to naught. Taxpayers would be mortified if they knew how their dollars were spent! The only bright spot at BCCC are the wonderful students. Too bad they are not getting a better education because the administration has its head up their your know what.
