Toxic Work Enviorment - Director Baltimore City Community College Employee Review

The president and cabinet are toxic, unqualified, and clueless about the needs of the staff, faculty, and students. Dr. McCurdy is rude, crass, and uncaring. Those who came to the school to bring about positive change ran away. We had a good VP of Finance, Director of PR, VP of HR, Director of Student Success, and VP of Academic Affairs and they all quit. Anyone who cares about the staff or students doesn't stay. The turnover is high because the leadership is corrupt and mentally abusive.
