Behaviors and Student Body - Registered Nurse Baltimore County Public Schools Employee Review

Large class sizes account for increased injuries and spread of illness. Student behavior remains poor. Discipline has improved but is nowhere near satisfactory. People quit left and right and leave you holding the bag. Pay is not the best, but at least you have extended time off, unless you work summer school as a 10 month employee. You don't have good leave time during the actual school year, even if you elect to work extended years. The county doesn't acknowledge this and accommodate for those who give up their summers as 10 month pay employees.
