No training. At the whims of local administration with no support from HR or union. Tenured teachers run the roost, and form cliques. They essentially run the schools with no accountability. No consequences for verbally assaulting and bullying other adults, when treatment of children is questioned. They also actively work to marginalize adults with disabilities by assigning the tasks the tenured cliques don't like, in an effort to force them to leave. Little to no opportunity to change schools if you're stuck in a toxic workplace. No one cares about you.
